As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you will be part of the finance team at our Berlin headquarters. In this interface role focusing on our EU-based entities, you will collaborate with other teams on accounting matters/projects and act as a proactive business partner for stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

You are responsible for the following processes for our EU entities:

Processing of Accounts Payables, including travel & entertainment expenses and credit card statements
Handling cash management
Processing Fixed Asset entries
Supporting General Ledger bookkeeping and reconciliations

You will work with our tax team on VAT compliance and reporting
You will assist the Finance team with recurring tasks, process improvements and special projects

About you

2+ years of experience in Accounting, Tax and/or Audit
You feel joy when dealing with numbers
Advanced skills in MS Excel,
You have experience working with ERP systems (preferably Oracle Fusion)
You are eager to learn, curious about the latest technical developments and not afraid to apply them to your day-to-day tasks.
You are precise and organized in your work
You show a high degree of conscientiousness, reliability and commitment
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
