You can look forward to
  • Participation in operational core processes of the internal model, in particular in the area of the risk model for life reinsurance
  • Interdisciplinary cooperation with interface areas
  • Carrying out regular model runs and reporting the results for various Hannover Re units
  • Generation of various key risk figures, analyses and collaboration on various applications of the internal model
  • Implementation of model changes, change analyses and validation
You come equipped with
  • Degree in (business) mathematics, physics or a related course with a quantitative focus
  • Initial experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry, preferably through internships, is desirable
  • Programming skills with Matlab and experience with MS Office are an advantage
  • Communication skills paired with proficient user skills in English and German
  • Creativity, problem-solving and conceptual skills
