- Data input based on Export Air Way Bill (AWB) into Cargo Revenue Accounting System
- Adding additional costs if needed; i.e. nature of cargo (DGR)
- Working closely with all employees accepting air freight and negotiating rate agreements regarding export invoices
- Checking monthly invoice from handling agent (DGR invoice)
- Working closely with LUX export and accounting department regarding invoices and accounting deadline
- Being contact person for all CV employees regarding export invoices in Germany
- Answering all related questions to export invoices from our customers, handling agents and forwarders
- Helping all external customers to understand invoice procedure
- Follow-up on customer requests and questions relating to export invoices
- Secondary technical education or accomplished apprenticeship with focus on logistics or any other relevant field
- First work experience is considered as an advantage
- Strong written and oral communication skills in German and English
- Feeling comfortable to work in a team as well as autonomously
- Ability to plan and prioritize work
- Proficiency in MS Office
