B2B Sales manager (Germany)

About Us:
Installation company specializing in projects in the electrical, construction, and metal industries. For the last five years, we have been successfully completing various engineering projects all over Europe, including Poland, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Sweden, and France. Our team of over 150 skilled welders, electricians, and ironworkers is supported by 35 experienced office employees.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients.
  • Identify and attract new clients across Europe.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and presentations.
  • Analyze the market and competitive environment to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:
  • Higher education (preferably in engineering, business, or management).
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction, electrical, or metallurgical sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher); knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
  • Readiness to learn and adapt to new challenges and industry developments.
