As a bilingual salesperson, you play a central role in driving sales and developing strong relationships with our B2B clients.
Your main objective will be to promote and sell our cutting-edge software solutions to German companies.
Your mastery of German and English, combined with your extensive experience in B2B and software sales, will be instrumental in achieving exceptional results.
Only candidates whose mother tongue is German will be considered.
Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify potential customers in Europe through proactive prospecting activities.
• Interact with prospects, understand their specific business needs, and present custom software solutions that match their needs.
• Organize product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision makers.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, including contract negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and assigned quotas.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the software industry and/or hospitality.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
• Fluent in German (native language) and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• (Speaking Dutch will be considered an asset)
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills, effectively articulating the value and functionality of our software solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering relationships and trust with customers.
• Motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales.
• Mastery of CRM software and other sales tools.
• Knowledge of the German/European commercial landscape.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent
Pay: 1.900,00€ per month
