YOUR TASKS:
In this role, you are a central part of the Brand & Activation team and are responsible for omni-channel activations and the further development of our brand. You will develop engaging campaigns based on consumer insights, support strategy development and further develop our direct and indirect channels. In your daily work, you will be in close contact with various contacts at local and global level.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Content creator: You develop and implement (omni)-channel communication campaigns, taking into account the strategic brand orientation
-
Brand architect: You ensure a consistent brand presence across all communication channels in line with the global brand CI.

String-puller: You work closely with creative agencies to develop and elaborate brand campaigns and activation measures.

Channel expert: You activate and develop our direct and indirect sales channels, such as IQOS Stores, IQOS Shop-in-Shop and food retail.

Business strategist: You support the development of business cases and work out a long-term communication strategy with the goals of customer acquisition and customer retention.

Data Crack: You create reports and analyses of the campaigns carried out on KPIs and learnings with the aim of optimizing performance.

Project Manager: You initiate, plan, manage and control projects independently in cross-functional team constellations.

Networker: You work in close coordination with all departments of the Commercial division and Philip Morris International.
YOUR PROFILE: You have/are...
-
A degree in economics or communication sciences, ideally with a focus on marketing, or comparable professional training.
-
At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing or brand management, especially in the implementation of communication campaigns.

An open and confident manner and shines with communication and presentation skills.
-
Strong project management skills and confident dealing with external partners & internal stakeholders.
-
A passion for customer orientation as well as strategic and structured thinking.
-
Results-oriented, flexible and willing to learn and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
-
An independent, responsible, quality-oriented and structured way of working.
-
Good understanding and a keen sense of design and brand management.
-
IT skills and fit in MS Office tools, especially Excel & Power Point.

Experience or desire to work in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams in an international environment.

Business fluent in English and you can formulate texts in German and English.
