Your tasks
  • Contact person for the Human Resources department and consulting of the HR department for IT applications with focus on SAP HCM and Success Factors
  • Implementation of national and international HR management projects with SAP HCM and Success Factors
  • Optimization of digital processes and support for the transformation of our HR system landscape using best practices
  • Analysis, design and implementation of departmental requirements in operational IT applications and coordination of external service providers
  • Customization of SAP solutions for the HCM modules
  • Preparation of functional specifications and technical specifications
  • Coordination and customizing of interfaces and data migrations between different software applications
Your profile
  • Successfully completed studies in information technology, business informatics or equivalent qualification with focus on IT, business or HR
  • Job-relevant practical experience in HR processes and HR IT applications required
  • Very good SAP HCM know-how and customizing knowledge
  • Knowledge of Success Factors is an advantage
  • Good understanding of customer processes and service orientation
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good communication and moderation skills
  • Goal- and result-oriented way of working
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
