Wir suchen einen neuen Business Development Manager (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unseres Teams im Bereich Professional Oral Care in Hamburg.


Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung der Kundenentwicklung im Vertriebskanal Professional Oral Care
• Steuerung der Kundenaktivitäten im Bereich Aussendienst in Cross-funktionaler Zusammenarbeit
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem CEX Marketing Team, den Gebietsverkaufsleitern und dem Aussendienst
• Unterstützung des Customer Development Teams bei administrativen Aufgaben um den reibungslosen Ablauf von Projekten und Prozessen zu gewährleisten
• Aktualisierung und Nachhalten der Projektkoordination
• Regelmäßige Organisation und Vorbereitung diverser Meetings mit dem Aussendienst
• Unterstützung bei der Überwachung des Abteilungsbudgets, Anlegen von PO's und Prüfung eingehender Rechnungen
• Proaktives Identifizieren von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Umsetzung optimierter Prozesse

Voraussetzungen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im kaufmännischen / wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Bereich oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Vertrieb/Marketing vorteilhaft, vorzugsweise in der Konsumgüterindustrie
• Streben nach interdisziplinärem Verständnis und fachlicher Expertise
• die mühelose Kombination von Kreativität und Zahlenaffinität
• Interdisziplinäre und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
• eine hohe Kommunikationsstärke in Wort und Schrift im Deutschen sowie im Englischen

Diese Stelle ist für 24 Monate befristet zu besetzen. Eine Verlängerung des Vertrages ist möglich.
