With an innovative "front-loaded supply chain" model, a technologically advanced trading system, and independently operated global warehousing logistics, the company provides comprehensive solutions. Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit, build, and manage the local team;
- Take full responsibility for warehouse operations management;
- Coordinate with courier companies and transportation resources to ensure timely shipment of goods;
- Address daily requests from the business department and solve routine business issues;
- Standardize and systematize warehouse operations;
- Coordinate with other external channels and integrate external resources;
- Improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive profitability through operations;
- Complete other company requirements and assessments.
- Possess a valid German work permit and be eligible for tax declaration;
- Fluent in German and Chinese for work purposes;
- Aligned with the company's culture and motivated to change the world through trade;
- Prior experience in warehouse management, management experience, or channel resources is preferred;
- Proficiency in standard office software;
- Entrepreneurial spirit is a plus.
