Your responsibilities

• Supporting international students, mainly Chinese customers, via We Chat, e-mail, phone and in person on all topics and questions regarding our Fintiba account (blocked account, international transfers, payment transactions, fees, account closures and much more)
• Cooperation with our business partners (banks and insurance companies)
• Collaboration in projects to expand our product portfolio
• Further development of customer service and products of Fintiba Gmb H
• Personal customer service on site

This is what you bring along

• Very good knowledge of Mandarin, English – German would be a bonus
