Whom we are looking for
We are looking for new colleagues who think creatively, are hands-on and enjoy developing new solutions on their own initiative and are also open to taking on new and changing tasks all the time. With a financial product at the core of our offering, we are also looking for colleagues with an understanding of professional processes, compliance and sensitivity to data.

Your responsibilities

Supporting international students, mainly Chinese customers, via We Chat, e-mail, phone and in person on all topics and questions regarding our Fintiba account (blocked account, international transfers, payment transactions, fees, account closures and much more)
Customer legitimation and verification of data and documents for account opening
Cooperation with our business partners (banks and insurance companies)
Collaboration in projects to expand our product portfolio
Further development of customer service and products of Fintiba Gmb H
Personal customer service on site

This is what you bring along

Very good knowledge of Mandarin and English – German would be a bonus
Great customer and service orientation
Independent action and high problem solving ability
Empathy and patience in dealing with our international customers
Strong affinity for numbers
