What will be your challenge?


FOCUS AREAS:
You will have an active role in the international growth of our Company. Reporting directly to the Managing Directors, the role has revenue accountability to support the expansion of BIP offering (digital offering, industry-specific offering, innovation, presence in the whole ecosystem) in the country, and will be part of the Global Corporate Clients Account team for one of our major Insurance client. The role will also be actively involved into the expansion of some key international clients in Germany and industries (eg Financial Services, Telco & Media). The role will also manage some activities, according to guidelines established by Managing Directors (e.g. local suppliers contracts, management of the local office, hiring and managing local resources).


The Client Manager will also be expected to build and develop a high-performance team and drive the growth plans in Germany, according to strategic guidelines and corporate rules issued and provided by the Managing Directors.The role is expected to participate in clients projects, ensuring client expectations are exceeded, delivering specific streams of activities on his/her own and managing the delivery team and the contractual relationship with the clients, building trust on BIP.


The role will need to provide a proven track record of effective customer engagement skills, strong influence internally and in the market and finally will need to be experienced in the management consulting services sector and/or an equivalent fast-paced technology organization. Must have skills include the capability of dealing with pre-sales / sales / delivery / caring activities with a B2B organization and being familiar in dealing large organizations and with Cx O level (eg Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Technology/Information Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, CISO, etc) and 1 st level managerial responsibles.


GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
LOCAL OFFICE START-UP
  • Manage recruitment and on-boarding of resources, supported by HR.
  • Building professional relationships with staff and clients.
  • Activate networking and participate to local events/communities (eg Association in Italian-german chamber of commerce, Insurtech etc)
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & DELIVERY
  • Leverage personal relationships and business network to drive revenues in actual Bip Clients portfolio and to acquire new clients
  • Find and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with the Digital Platform, Corporate Clients and in general market facing organizations in Bip Group.
  • Understand Bip Value Lines and Center of Excellence offering to find and develop new business opportunities for clients/prospects
  • Manage Clients account planning, budgeting, monthly closing and forecasting
  • Manage Clients proposals/contracts drafting and execution, invoicing and cash collection
  • Deliver on time and on budget specific client projects and/or stream of activities
  • Maintain and develop a network of strategic partners to ensure optimal market penetration.
  • Act as a market sensor to collect strategic information that could impact Bip strategy
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Master's degree in business administration, management, or engineering.
  • 10+ years related experience preferred in management consulting with focus on strategic customers development and management.
  • Good knowledge of the German Market, legislation, administration/tax topics.
  • Strong understanding of the German market landscapes including competitive information, key trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen.
  • Good organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Strong internal and external customer relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Extensive people management experience with ability to motivate and lead through a start-up phase.
  • Ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously; ability to delegate work to subordinates.
  • Sensitivity to different cultural norms.
  • Advanced English a must.
  • German language native knowledge.
