Who we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to lead our Client Onboarding team that focuses on our Collateral Management clients in Frankfurt, Germany.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for
As Team Lead Client Onboarding you will be
  • Taking full ownership of on-boarding business of our Collateral Services clients
  • Supervising team members of the onboarding team
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships to clients, counterparties and other external third parties while cultivating the culture in relationship
  • Collaborate with internal and external groups to identify, analyze and proactively resolve issues
  • Subject matter expert for corporate committees and initiatives
  • Developing and coaching junior team members
  • Creating and maintaining an engaged work environment and ensuring appropriate communications channels are in place
  • Overseeing and leading client migrations and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure successful on-boardings
  • Developing and enhancing on-boarding processes with a special focus on resilience and efficiency
  • Working together with clients and other internal/external parties to develop business models
  • Supporting audits, risk assessments and compliance initiatives by providing relevant data as well as new ideas
  • Overseeing outsourced on-boarding tasks to our near- and off-shore teams while assuring accuracy and timeliness

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree with a focus on business and financial topics or comparable apprenticeship
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in the financial industry, preferably within collateral management, client on-boarding and/or client services
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing staff
  • Knowledge of financial instruments and the regulatory framework in regard to Collateral industry (e.g. EMIR)
  • Proficiency in English and German is a must (minimum C1)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, Power BI preferred
