About the role:
Driving sales growth: Develop and implement creative strategies across web sales, showrooms, and retail partnerships.
Identifying new opportunities: Explore untapped sales channels and build partnerships with key retail and distribution partners, B2B clients, and beyond.
Optimise the sales pipeline: Improve the efficiency of our sales process to ensure consistent lead nurturing and conversion across all channels.
Collaborating with marketing: Work closely with the team to align sales efforts with targeted campaigns and promotions that drive conversions.
About you:
You’ll excel in this role if you have a "can-do" attitude, self-management skills, and a blend of analytical and creative thinking. We’re looking for:
Commercial background: 3-5 years in sales or business development, with a focus on B2C and B2B sales.
Reseller & distribution experience: Proven success in growing sales through resellers and retail partners, ideally in the micromobility, bicycle or automotive industries.
Track record in sales growth: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets, managing the entire sales cycle, and driving new business growth.
Results-oriented & data driven: Strong ability to track performance, analyse data, and optimise sales strategies for maximum impact.
Exceptional communication & negotiation skills: Confident with clients and internal stakeholders, and willing to travel.
Multilingual: Fluent in English. German skills are a big bonus.
You should be ready to work in Estonia or Germany, as we have offices located in both Tallinn and Berlin.
