We are seeking a Community Manager to support our in-house agency. We're looking for a razor-sharp-minded, creative, and social media-obsessed individual to support with oversight, community and content management for our clients' social media accounts.
As a Community Manager, you bring with you 4+ years of social media and community management experience in the fashion, youth culture, and lifestyle spheres. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working closely with social media management. This includes writing copy, ideating content, creating reports, and managing an account's community in a professional capacity. On top of a passion for social media, you should have a flawless comprehension of spoken and written English and a knack for writing witty social copy. Ideally, you also bring knowledge and a passion for the world in which Highsnobiety operates.
YOUR MISSION:
- Monitor key clients' global social media accounts (You Tube, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and X) daily, responding to comments, DMs and conversations happening in the community
- Define social media trends that could merit reactive content responses and, if necessary, create the brief for the asset needed
- Understand the nuances of Tone of Voice and brand personality, and engage with followers with witty, poignant copy
- Cultivate our clients' following by fostering interactions with the online community
- Interact with our clients to coordinate copy and asset sign-off
- Lead weekly meetings with clients and put forward reactive concept ideas
- Manage the content calendar and publishing schedule using tools such as later
- Pull top-line performance reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Create simple video and photo content for reactive social media posts
- 4+ years in a social media management role
- An obsession with social media and knowledge of the latest social trends
- A knack for witty, insightful copy and high cultural sensitivity
- Experience scheduling, managing and publishing social media content
- Experience working with clients and in cross-functional teams
- A professional demeanor and highly committed work ethic
- Deep understanding of pop culture – you're plugged into the latest trends and conversations
- A highly organized and proactive approach to your work
- Ideally, knowledge and experience using Capcut and Photoshop/Indesign
