We are expanding and are looking for the following to strengthen our customer teams as soon as possible in Friedrichshafen a Configuration Manager (m/w/d)
MISSIONS :
- Prepare technical repercussion sheets and change requests for decision and validation
- Coordinate and monitor progress on changes
- Prepare Technical Repercussion Sheets and MOD Proposal Dossiers for MOD closure
- Ensure the interface with stakeholders involved in the changes
- Prepare, organize, moderate and document meetings
Requirements
DESIRED PROFILE :
- Engineering Degree
- At least minimum 5 years of experience in Configuration and Aerospace sector
- Configuration Management / Change Management
- Good Change Management Process knowledge
- Very good English (written and spoken) is required and German language would be a plus
- Good negotiation, project management, and communication skills
- Able to act as an interface with other program departments, with the Design Office, plants and FAL, Contracts, Certification and Customer Support
- You have already worked with and know how to use New PDM - Windchill, google workspace, GITHUB, JIRA, CONFLUENCE tools
- Collaboration with team player colleagues in a pleasant family atmosphere with modern technology and equipment, short decision paths and flat hierarchies
