Product Owner (m/w/d) - Cloud Network and Device Configuration

The LANCOM Management Cloud enables our customers to setup and monitor tens, hundreds, or thousands of LANCOM network devices. Using the latest technologies for modern cloud-based web applications, we work in agile, cross-functional teams to build software that makes network administrators happy.
We’re seeking an experienced Product Owner for the area of network or network device management to drive the agile development of solutions for our LANCOM Management Cloud, focusing on network and device configuration. Our microservice cloud platform dynamically manages operations across WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, and security orientated devices like routers, switches, access-points and firewalls. We are looking for a Product Owner who enjoys working with solutions and customer use cases in the context of SD-WAN, SD-LAN, and SD-Security rollouts.
Deine Aufgaben:
- identify and prioritize customer-centric use cases, delivering scalable solutions that offer significant value to network IT admins, while avoiding those that don't
- manage and drive product and internal initiatives, epics, and user stories
- collaborative product roadmap, product increment and sprint planning
- drive the development process together with your team from research and triage to design through implementation, quality assurance, review and feature acceptance metrics
- Stakeholder management with a focus on value, scalability for the business and return on invest
- collaborate closely with a motivated, diverse team of cloud service Developers, Agile Coaches, Product Owners as well with Product Managers of the hardware departments and in-house network experts to deliver cloud managed solutions that are valuable, user-friendly and secure
Dein Profil:
- you are an experienced Product Owner or Product Manager with a deep passion and technical understanding in the area of network orchestration or network configuration solution use cases
- you are passionate about agile methodologies, prioritizing and addressing customer needs to deliver customer-centric solutions
- you are trained at breaking down complex topics into actionable epics and user stories that your team can effectively work with.
- you like to work closely with your dev team, your agile coach, and other product owner colleagues in an agile, open and transparent environment
- you prioritize future-proofing platform stability and security equally with delivering product feature increments
- you can communicate clearly and concisely about problems (technical, architectural, and/or organizational), and together with your team propose iterative solutions
- ideally experience with MACH architecture based cloud platforms
- you can teach us something new, and help us grow as a team
- ideally you are familiar with jira, confluence and miro
- knowledge of German is beneficial, although we're mostly using English within the teams
- as a plus, you are familiar with network protocols or have relevant network IT experience with other leading cloud SD-WAN, SD-LAN network solutions
