Your tasks:

• Strategic sparring partner for a majority shareholding in Vietnam in the industrial insurance business of HDI Global SE
• Monitoring and challenging of daily business
• Manage potential integration
• Knowledge transfer from head monopolies
• Spreading cultural awareness and bridging different cultures and its values
• Navigate highly complex political / network structure
• Business trips, temporary assignments or ideally relocation to Vietnam with subsequent travel to Germany

Your profile:

• Completed studies in economics, MBA or law, finance and insurance or a comparable career or qualification
• Several years of professional experience in management, controlling and finance as well as relevant insurance knowledge
• Risk management and / or compliance experience of advantage
• Cultural knowledge both socially and in the business world of Vietnam essential and of Germany / Europe of advantage
• Strong ability to act strategically
• Loyal, honest and trustworthy personality
• Assertiveness and senior demeanor combined with a high level of communication skills at eye level with people at different hierarchical levels
• Knowledge of English (business fluent), Vietnamese (at least advanced) and German (an advantage)
