Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:

This position supports the execution of go-to-market plans and sales campaigns to grow volume, revenue, and profit within targeted segments. He/She collaborates with other groups to ensure the right messages get to the target audience through all communication channels. Office location is possible throughout Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Supports key initiatives to drive volume, revenue, and profitability growth for UPS in DE, CH, AT
• Identifies strategic implementation opportunities of key customer issues to develop alternatives in

incentive plans, product repositioning and new approaches to the marketplace

• Creates and uses marketing tools and provides information to internal stakeholders to contribute to

market plans

• Creates customer-facing content, trains sales force on initiatives
• Does competitive and market intelligence
• Opportunity generation and management
• Reviews segment resources (e.g., periodicals, financial reports, field reviews, etc.) to stay current

on trends and issues that impact customers

Knowledge/Skills:

• Business acumen and market analysis skills, industry background knowledge is a benefit
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Microsoft office and data analysis
• Presentation creation skills
• Knowledge of UPS products and services a benefit
• Contributes to and helps develop project plans to ensure projects are completed

on time and according to specifications

Professional requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
• Strong English skills required, German skills preferred
