Your mission

• Build and nurture long-term, impactful relationships with customers across the UK and DACH regions, managing a dedicated portfolio of clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to help them achieve their e-commerce goals and KPIs.
• Proactively identify at-risk accounts, implementing retention strategies and to prevent churn and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Consulting, Development, Service Desk) and external partners to enhance client outcomes and resolve issues quickly.
• Lead proposal development and drive contract negotiations with key decision-makers, while independently executing sales campaigns.
• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system, while developing and managing a robust sales pipeline.
• Engage regularly with C-level executives and stakeholders, ensuring strong, value-driven relationships.

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, or customer relationship, sales-driven roles, ideally within enterprise environments.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills.
• Resilient and experienced in managing enterprise-level customers and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and risks.
• Tech-savvy, with a solid understanding of e-commerce and the ability to set strategic priorities.
• A collaborative team player known for empathy, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated, persuasive, and professionally polished in all interactions.
• Fluent in both English and German.
