Introduction

We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to provide business support and assistance to our CEO. Fluency in German and English, combined with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude, are also key to succeeding in this role.

Your mission

• Independently manage internal and external correspondence as well as appointment coordination for the CEO
• Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., business partners, customers)
• Preparation of presentations, conference calls and management documents
• Preparation of complex reports, projects and documentation
• Coordination of cross-unit projects and special tasks as well as cooperation with other stakeholders
• Act as a liaison between the key executives and employees

Your profile

• 5+ years administrative and business professional experience in fast-paced environment
• Structured and systematic approach to work, with strong time management skills
• Polite, confident, and persuasive communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Able to build and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Absolute discretion in handling confidential matters
• Strong assertiveness and organizational abilities as well as accountability
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Tools
• Flexibility and openness to change and innovation
• Project Management experience beneficial
• Excellent verbal and written proficiency in both German and English
