We’re looking for a Team Player, who is fluent in German, and French to join our Customer Services Team in Hürth. You’ll be joining a reputable, long-established company that produces high-end PTFE coated products that are used in industries ranging from food processing to aviation to Formula 1 and every industry in between!

Based in Hürth, Taconic Germany is one of the Company’s global strategic Sales and Fabrication business units.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining a positive experience for our customers. The role will partner closely with our Sales Managers, Production Department, and other functions to ensure that customers receive the right product at the right time, at the right price.
The Customer Service Representative duties will include, but are not limited to:
· Process customer sales orders in a timely and professional manner.
· Work closely with the Production team to ensure that orders are filled, and communicate lead times to customers.
· Liaise with the shipping personnel in-house and external freight companies to get the products shipped to customers.
· Prepare quotes and invoices in a timely fashion and send these to the customer.
· Understand and appropriately use the company pricing system and policies.
· Keep the in-house ERP system up to date.
· Compile and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents etc.
· Support the efforts of the Sales Team as needed including but not limited to following up with customer queries, preparation of quotes / invoices, and timely processing of orders.
· Answer all customer queries, complaints and concerns in an immediate and professional manner.
THE CANDIDATE
· Must be fluent (written and verbal) in French, and German.
· Minimum of 3 years experience in a Customer Service role.
· Good mathematical skills, strong attention to detail, must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, subject to schedule and priority changes, sometimes at short notice.
