To support our next phase of development, we are seeking a Customer Success Manager.

Your mission

• Own the missions within your client portfolio and ensure operations are running smoothly
• Ensure the levels of service are met on all missions and to the highest of standards
• Coordinate with internal teams in charge of quality and claims
• Regularly align with external stakeholders in charge of executing the missions
• Be a solutions architect - act as the point of escalation for complex issues and requests linked to your responsibilities

Your profile

• You are proactive, organized and have a real knack for action and problem solving
• You are dynamic and eager to learn from a different set of situations in a high-expectation/high-growth environment
• You are a natural troubleshooter and can take critical decisions in a fast-paced environment
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and are a good communicator, able to explain complex situations to different stakeholders, from blue collars to C-levels, suppliers and demanding clients
• You are comfortable both writing and speaking in English & German
