As a Sales Agent in our Customer Success team, you will help us maintain and expand our hotelier portfolio by reaching your monthly targets and KPIs.By proactively onboarding, supporting, and educating our hotel clients, you will help them increase their revenue opportunities. How you'll make an impact:

• Acquire hoteliers (our customers) by raising awareness and selling our products (cold calling included)
• Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment with monthly targets
• Create new, and optimize existing processes to improve client success and help maximize profit potential
• Identify and mitigate the risk of churn by solving client requests and complaints in a timely manner
• Be an approachable and professional point of contact for our hoteliers
• Win back and re-onboard churned hoteliers

What you'll need to thrive:

• Native-level French proficiency with fluent English skills (our company language)
• 1-2 years' experience in fast-paced environment in a sales function, including cold calling, preferably in the travel industry
• Pleasant personality - you feel comfortable reaching out to our hoteliers proactively via phone
• Proactivity - you take initiatives to make things better for your hoteliers
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively build rapport with new and existing hoteliers

Stand out with:

• Previous experience in a call-center
• Knowledge/ experience with CRM (specifically Salesforce)
