How you'll make an impact:

• Manage our content service desk (the platform where trivago talents can report content issues to the Content teams).
• Perform quality assurance of accommodation information to ensure that we only show high-quality content.
• Support other project managers/product owners on relevant initiatives (ideas come from everywhere!).
• Manage projects with external companies and provide ongoing feedback to ensure that project goals are met within set guidelines.

• How a data-driven company works internally and how decisions are made.
• How to sharpen your time management and project management skills.
• How to collaborate within a dynamic and international team.

What you'll need to thrive:

• The ability to work 20 hours a week for at least 1 year.
• Currently attending an University in Germany and lives in commutable distance to our main office in Düsseldorf.
• Attention to details for spotting inconsistencies in our content.
• Excellent communication skills to manage interactions with stakeholders.
• Good organizational and management skills to effectively manage varying tasks.
• A positive attitude and the eagerness to work and learn quickly in a lively, multicultural environment and problem solving mentality.

Stand out with:

• Familiarity with project management, quality assurance, user support or a similar role-relevant field.
• An educational background in Analytics, IT Operations, Software engineering or a role-relevant subject.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL and Python is a plus.
