Centric Software is seeking a responsible and organized Support Consultant to join our growing team. The successful candidate should provide exceptional customer support in a challenging, rewarding, fast-moving environment. You will need to be quick-thinking and able to learn fast. You will be working directly with our customers.

The goal is to partner with our clients so that they can get the most from our solutions, ensuring delivering excellent service levels and that client business functions can effectively adopt our solutions with good trust in functionalities and data.
This will be obtained by solving customer inquiries, delivering requests for enhancement providing competent support ensuring outstanding service levels.

About the Team
The Centric Support team is our Customers mail point of contact after the project implementation. The team is based in different countries. Occasional travel may be required.

What you will be doing

• Qualification of customer requests
• Resolving issues, service requests, and questions from our customers in accordance with our SLAs.
• Delivery of solution enhancements requested by customers
• Working closely with our Professional Services, R&D, and Cloud Operations to ensure that defects are identified, and fixed
• Working with our Hosting team to ensure that systems are available to customers and in working order
• Provide high customer satisfaction
• Creating knowledgebase articles for customers

• Fluent English is a must, and knowledge of French, German, Italian, and Spanish is a plus

Technical skills

• Computer Science degree is preferred
• Microsoft SQL, stored procedures (min. Intermediate)
• Familiarity with VB scripting and data Integration/ ETL
• Added bonus in the area are experience with:

o cloud solutions (Azure preferred)
o data integration tools (preferred Data factory)
o Power Shell
o Python, C#
o Big dataset optimization, code optimization

Added bonus

• Familiarity with Fashion and Apparel industry, familiarity with merchandise Planning, forecasting and replenishment,
• Experience in the utilization of IT process support tools (Jira preferred) and with Integration and
• Experience in software installation, IT troubleshooting and optimization – Database (SQL Server, Oracle), Application Server (JBoss), experience with load balancing and clustering environments. Skills in performance tuning and optimization and troubleshooting relative to the software stack web environment.
• Experience of working with Public Cloud infrastructure (eg AWS, Azure, Google Cloud…)
