Summary:

The work schedule for this position is:

Full Time (40 hours per week)

Duties

The FAC Data Analyst supports the Facility Manager and Facility Management (FM) staff by collecting and analyzing data and implementing quality management systems to improve the Facility Management section's efficiency and effectiveness. Ensures that performance is measured appropriately, identifies problems and solutions. The job holder reports directly to the Facility Manager and advises the FM section as a whole.

Qualifications and Evaluations

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE: please address this factor in your ERA application under major duties and responsibilities.

A minimum of three (3) years of experience in data analytics, handling large data sets and relational databases, monitoring, reporting and tracking performance using data visualization tools is required.

Education Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics (Data Science), Statistics, Business Administration, or Organizational Management is required.

Evaluations:

LANGUAGE: please address both language requirements in your ERA application.

Position requires fluent language skills in English (speaking/reading/writing).
Position requires limited working knowledge language skills in German (speaking/reading/writing).

Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, Share Point and other general software applications

Agency Benefits:

For EFMs, benefits should be discussed with the Human Resources (HR) Office.

The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
