Certification: Comp TIA Security+, and one of the following Azure Database Administrator Associate or appropriate Database Certification
Duties/Responsibilities: Administer, operate, and maintain enterprise Microsoft (MS) SQL services in support of A6-managed, or A6-approved, systems.
- Support includes, but is not limited to, the following: database clustering, database management, security, performance analysis, backup and restoration, and Microsoft Windows Server operating system support.
- Design and implement the technical infrastructure relating to databases.
- Perform database utility functions and daily maintenance.
- Monitor database and application availability and performance.
- Provide maintenance and support of the Windows development and test application environments.
- Implement database, code, and script changes in the production environment.
- Install new releases of MS Structure Query Language (SQL) Server based applications.
- Troubleshoot application issues related to database access.
- Back up support for Progress database application environment.
- Provide and be able to execute Database recovery procedures.
- Provides Information Technology Services Management (ITSM) support, to include Incident/Problem, Change, Service Request and Knowledge Management support.
- Provides support for Systems Notices, Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI), and scheduled/unscheduled outages.
- Database Experts possess and maintain Do DD 8570.01M/Do DD 8140 IAT II certification, as well as appropriate computing environment certifications.
Pay: 115.000,00€ - 120.000,00€ per year
