About the Role: We are looking for a Digital Content Management & Delivery Specialist (f/m/d) to join our team. In this role, you will work as part of a team focused on coordinating the production and delivery of advertising and promotional material to support marketing strategies and sales objectives. Utilizing content from the FAB marketing team, you will work with existing templates or create new ones to execute on various tactics, including but not limited to: designing and deploying emails, updating web page content, developing online campaigns, and resizing or repurposing content and imagery across various platforms.

This position will be located at a facility in Bavaria, Germany, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

Responsibilities:

Partner with FAB Divisional marketers to design, conceptualize and construct rich media websites and pages using graphic/multi-media design software based on business and customer requirements
Develop and deploy marketing emails through MS 365 Dynamics
Pull post-deployment performance reports and analyze together with FAB Digital Sales & Marketing team to improve effectiveness
Perform quality assurance checks on pre-published content as well as cross-browser and/or device testing.
Design capability along with UX/UI understanding

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years experience in Digital Sales & Marketing Systems & Projects
Knowledge of scripting languages, working primarily through website design authoring/layout and HTML editing software
Ability to travel 5%

Desired Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools
