Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst (m/w/d)

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis, design, and implementation of business application solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and define functional specifications for applications configurations and customizations.
- Provide day-to-day ERP application support as part of a team and be responsible for supporting a variety of third party and in-house interfaces/integrations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and processes.
- Identify and implement process optimizations and automations, working closely with business users to enhance productivity.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure end-users are proficient in using the systems/applications.
- Collaborate with external third-party vendors, contractors, and consultants to develop and enhance new and existing systems/applications and integrations.
- Degree or diploma in computer science, or equivalent qualification and applicable job experience.
- 3+ years experience working with MS Dynamics AX2012 AND D365FO as a BSA or functional consultant.
- Strong expertise in MS Dynamics AX2012 AND D365FO functionalities, configuration, and customization capabilities, particularly in supply chain, manufacturing, and finance processes.
- Skilled in business process analysis, requirements gathering. Ability to document business processes, translate business requirements into technical solution requirements.
