• You will be the point of contact for our guests and address their concerns
• No one is perfect – therefore, you will manage complaints
• As an upselling expert, you will achieve your goals together with the team
• As a team player, you will work closely with all departments of the hotel

• You are passionate about hosting & your heart beats for hospitality

• A wrong order, special requests, or complex inquiries? You stay calm!
• You have completed training as a hotel specialist or have experience in a similar position
• Your communicative nature stands out – in both German and English
