Funding Specialist (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilties
- You coordinate with R&D and internal departments to maintain a clear and up-to-date overview of projects
- You actively search for funding options in Germany, Europe, and other relevant regions
- You communicate with funding consultants and select suitable projects
- You search for matching options between selected projects and funding sources
- You prepare initial documentation for different projects according to the funding source requirements
- You work together with external consultants to apply for the selected funding option
- You monitor the status of applications and inform relevant parties if funding is granted
- Once funding is granted, you coordinate with the responsible department to prepare complete project documentation and ensure strict cost allocation control according to required parameters
- You maintain an overview of project progress, document allocated resources, and prepare necessary reports
- You track all deadlines for project information and ensure timely reporting to the funding granter
- You manage project closure, finalize all documents, and authorize consultant payments according to agreed success fees
- You have successfully completed a degree with a technical or commercial focus
- You enjoy working in cross-functional teams
- You have solid knowledge in the field of funding projects
- You exhibit a strong analytical mindset and work in a structured, results-oriented manner
- You possess strong IT skills, including MS Office, databases, and ERP systems
- You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- You bring a curious and creative mindset with a talent for discovering correlations
- You have the resilience to sustain project momentum over long periods while pushing for positive outcomes
- You work methodically, ensuring that every detail is thoroughly covered
