Evident - a global leader in microscope systems, is seeking a talented and experienced Global Product Manager (m/f/d) Service MIS. With a presence in multiple markets, we are committed to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Tasks

• You have a deep understanding of customer requirements and generate new ideas for service products that improve customer experience and drive growth
• You assess market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products
• You develop of a service strategy and vision
• You work closely with R&D and other product management functions to incorporate service functionalities into product capabilities
• You develop and launch new service products
• You collaborate with marketing, service execution and sales departments to ensure service success and business growth
• You monitor success of service products and derive action plans

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering or business management
• Ideally several years of experience service and/or product management
• At least 5 years of overall professional experience
• Strong customer focus
• Proven track record in service (contract) product management
• Excellent communication skills with customers and across all levels of the organization
• Ability to understand markets and derive implications
• Attention to detail esp. in regard to technical matters
• Pronounced analytical and methodological knowledge and the ability to quickly grasp, describe and structure
