Your mission at LINDAL

• Lead and coordinate engineering projects across the group
• Standardize group-wide process definitions, overseeing the design and implementation of related manufacturing processes and equipment to achieve operational excellence
• Optimize plastic injection manufacturing processes through engineering principles, analytics, and process design to improve product quality and reduce costs
• Identify and select best-value technologies
• Develop and implement systems, procedures, and protocols that comply with Quality Management System and Design Control requirements
• Provide guidance to resolve technical issues

Your profile

• Extensive & Proven knowledge of the injection moulding process including tooling, equipment, polymer material and precision plastic injection moulding processing
• Degree in Polymer or Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Proven track record of leading projects, engineering operations and delivering quantitative and qualitative results
• Excellent ability to troubleshoot and optimize processes scientifically
• Experience in complex, geographically diverse organizations, willingness to travel, and ability to engage and commit others to objectives
• Managerial, leadership and employee development experience, ensuring adequate training is provided to satisfy operational requirements
• Proven ability to train, develop teamwork culture, and lead projects to deliver results
