Your impact:

  • Take responsibility for all administrative operations, including invoicing, accounting and other operational tasks.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Administration Team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  • Close collaboration as a sparring partner with Group Management and Group Finances in an international team.
  • Develop and implement the strategic vision and operational plan for the Administration Department, aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Maintaining and improving administrative processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensuring smooth operations, effective communications, and efficient use of resources within an organization.
  • You bring ideas to a growing company and actively participate in shaping it.

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or alternatively a degree in business administration or a similar specialisation.
  • You have several years of experience in administration and operational support and have already gained some years of practical experience in managing employees.
  • In particular, you have already independently initiated and implemented strategic projects in the area of administrative services.
  • You have very good knowledge of Finances & Accounting and payroll tax law is desirable but not a must.
  • You speak German natively and have a very good command of written and spoken English.
  • Good user knowledge of MS Office products and a willingness to familiarize yourself with other applications (e.g. our ERP and HRM system).
  • Thinking ahead, integrity, organizational talent and strong communication skills
  • You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy working in a team.
