Head of Consulting and Sales (m/f/d)

• Ensure profitable order intake according to budget and achievement of sales budget
• Realize a consistency of market plans through stable forecast reporting
• Build and lead a sales team; lead & develop the competence of the dealers, including management and motivation
• Achieve market volume and market share increase, also through early anticipation of market opportunities
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies (including market opportunity and competitor analysis, budgets, forecasts, etc.)
• Build and maintain key customer relationships
• Prepare and execute customer events
• Represent the company at internal and external events such as fairs and exhibitions, customer events, workshops, etc.

• Academic studies in mechanical engineering or comparable technical education
• Experience in selling complex products and/or processes
• Leadership skills with a dedicated focus on long-term results
• Proven experience in similar management positions
• Excellent negotiation skills along with a strong analytical mind
• Obliging and professional appearance
• Microsoft Office 365 user knowledge
• Interest in working in an international environment and willingness to travel
• Communication and presentation skills together with a very good command of German and English
