Role Overview - Head of EHS Center of Excellence (m/w/d)

Lead a global team of EHS specialists to define and realize Grundfos’ EHS ambitions. Responsibilities include setting best practices, ensuring compliance, driving business processes, managing stakeholders, and digitalizing EHS efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing EHS Center of Excellence:
  • Lead a global team of EHS experts.
  • Guide and evaluate EHS specialists to meet business objectives.
  • Select, train, and motivate global talents.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Digitalization of EHS Processes:
  • Drive digitalization using AI, RPA, and EHS software (Sphera, SAP).
  • Implement real-time environmental monitoring applications.
• Support and Development:
  • Provide expert knowledge on EHS and digitalization.
  • Offer strategic and tactical guidance.
  • Lead complex business processes, KPIs, policies, and projects.
  Support organizational problem-solving and competence development.
  

Your Profile

• Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in EHS or similar.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• 4-5 years in a global/corporate EHS function.
• Experience in managing complex EHS processes.
• Strong digitalization skills and stakeholder management.
• Proven leadership in a global, intercultural setting.
• Knowledge of digital EHS systems, local laws, and regulations.
• Experience with ISO and auditing.
Excellent communication skills in English.
