• Develop and deliver a compelling People strategy that evolves and grows with the company, grounded in our business strategy and goals.
• Hands-on implementation of the People strategy and adaptation to changing circumstances.
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing People team and keep scaling your resources to sustain overall company growth

• Provide leadership and coaching to the managers, and the wider team on People-related topics, serving as a role model for management best practices.
• Drive organizational objectives from a people lens, providing leadership and advice across a full range of People-related topics.
• Act as a connection point between leadership and staff, maintaining a pulse on the organization's mood

• Hiring:
  • Apply a data-driven approach to hire the best talent for Eye-Able, aiming at doubling our overall headcount within the next 12 months
  • Strategically plan workforce requirements, evolve and maintain a stellar employer brand, and achieve ambitious hiring goals

Dein Profil

• comes from a fast-paced, scaling and international environment, ideally from a growing Saa S/tech startup
• is an experienced People Leader with progressive HR experience in senior leadership roles and proven success in building a scalable People function
• is an inspiring leader and great communicator, able to build trusting and effective relationships and influence all levels within the organization
• is commercially minded with a sense for our overall business strategy and aligning people initiatives to achieving business outcomes
• has excellent organizational and project management skills that allow them to juggle and execute multiple priorities simultaneously
• has an analytical mindset and a passion for turning data into insights
• is solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• acts proactively and demonstrates a clear can-do attitude, not afraid to roll up their sleeves
• demonstrates self-awareness and ability to learn and evolve

As an ambitious Head of People (m/f/d) you will be at the forefront of implementing our growth strategy and actively shaping the company. Directly reporting to C-Level and as part of the management team, you will be responsible for the overall people function and drive the HR and talent vision, strategy and implementation.
