To support Sunlu’s new installation in Germany, we are looking for a Full-Time Human Resources Administrator in Frankfurt (Bornheim/Ostend).
YOUR MISSIONS
· You will be in charge of the full recruitment process from talent research to offer negotiation and employee onboarding.
· You will be in charge of preparing the payroll data and ensuring accurate and timely payroll accounting as well as all paperwork related to on- and offboarding, data management in the employees' lifecycle
· You provide information and analyses for the works council, employees, and managers.
· You process working hours, holidays, and absences of all employees via our time management tool.
· You prepare employment contracts and agreements in connection with the employment relationship and are responsible for the on-boarding and off-boarding process
· You maintain the personnel files of all employees, both electronically and in paper form
. You will be the bridge between employees and the headquarters, ensuring a comfortable and efficient working environment.
YOUR PROFILE
· Formation in human resources management or a degree in business administration or social sciences (specializing in human resources management is an advantage).
· Relevant work experience in the field of human resources in Germany.
· Good knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and policies and local laws and regulations.
· Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Power Point.
· Good knowledge of the English and German languages.
· Team and communication skills.
