As an Informatics Partner, you build trusted collaborative relationships with our stakeholders including but not limited to business functions, healthcare ecosystem parties, Informatics domains and chapters, and external vendors to deliver strategy and solutions aligning with our Roche ambitions. You serve as the strategic interface for business technology and strategy development topics, risk management and relationship management for the ultimate benefit of patients.
Your key responsibilities:

• You serve as the primary contact and main escalation point for business accounts, while actively contributing to leadership teams and committees.
  
• You are responsible for specifying, developing, and approving business roadmaps, ensuring strategic alignment between business and IT in operating models, portfolio management, and financial processes.
  
• You foster close collaboration with business customers and business process management organizations to meet requested needs, develop innovative ideas, and creatively address new requirements. Also you assemble "Solution Shaping Teams" and collaborate closely with other business and IT teams to shape innovative business solutions, explore new technologies, and potentially deliver proof-of-concept studies.
  
• You prioritize proposals within the existing portfolio based on resource availability, financial considerations, operational requirements, and potential dependencies.
  
• You are accountable for administrative leadership for Grenzach based IT employees.
  

• You have an academic degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field and possess several years of professional experience (8-10 years).
  
• You demonstrate an understanding of the external healthcare ecosystem, actively collaborate with external stakeholders, and stay updated on industry and technology trends, as well as market challenges, to identify opportunities.
  
• You possess strong business acumen, foster innovation and apply systems thinking. Moreover you approach collaborations with a customer-centric, entrepreneurial, and agile mindset, allowing you to navigate through ambiguity, manage complexity, and support the business in making trade-off decisions.
  
• You exhibit Lean-Agile and Servant & Creative leadership behaviors (VACC), demonstrating a high degree of self-awareness.
  
• You are fluent in English and can communicate well in German. As the location is Grenzach and your team is also located there, you are willing to spend most of your working time on site (50% or more).
