Inside Sales (f/m/d) based in Eschborn, near Frankfurt/Main
Your primary responsibilities
· Direct communication with distributors and customers regarding sales orders, deliveries, product information, and price list changes.

• Preparing sales reports, price calculations, and managing quotations and after-sales support.
• Managing the entire sales order process, from initial inquiry to closing the sale, ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently.
• Coordinating monthly sales goals, new projects, and managing non-focus countries/partners.
• Responding to internal inquiries, sharing technical material with the sales team, monitoring partner websites, and participating in events.

Your skills and qualifications
· Strong experience in direct sales and / or distribution business
· At least 2-3 years of experience in this field
· Commercially driven, interest and/or knowledge in electrical test and measurement is a plus
· Strong handling of common MS Office Excel and MS Office programs
· Structured, responsible, independent and proactive way of working
· Distinct analysis and teamwork skills, customer, service and solution-oriented appearance
· Fluent English and German language skills, spoken and written
· Sage experience
