Job Description

Workplace: Poznań Poland or Hamburg, Germany

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing internal audits.
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Provide consultation to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes.
Participate in SOX, Compliance, and M&A projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, or related fields.
2-5 years of experience in an audit environment (audit consulting experience would be nice to have)
Strong IT and analytical skills. Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools and familiarity with data analysis techniques are advantageous.
Detail-oriented with a structured approach to analysis and documentation.
Comfortable working in an international environment, with excellent command of English and proficiency in any Eastern European language (preferably Hungarian) or French.
Enjoying communication, being hands-on, and working in a team.
Holding or willing to achieve the Certified Internal Auditor designation and committed to continuous learning.
Willing to travel up to 40%.

Willingness to work 3 days per week from our office in Poznań or Hamburg.
