INTERNAL SALES (M/F/D)

Job Description

• Complete and timely preparation of technically demanding and competitive bids for public tenders in Germany and abroad
• Processing of follow-up orders and supplements for our existing customers
• Determination of the bid structure and bid schedule
• Resource and feasibility clarification in close cooperation with the product management and product development departments
• Central contact person for internal communication, coordination and scheduling of all subcontracted work
• Verification and plausibility check of the contents

Job Requirement

• Technical and/or commercial studies
• Independent, structured, self-reliant and quality conscious
• Several years of sound professional experience in offer management or internal sales, ideally in the field of software and/or hardware
• Experience with public tenders is an advantage
• Experience in calculation and in the preparation of offer and presentation documents
• Strong technical affinity, enjoy writing technical texts, fluent in English
• Planning ability, organizational talent and decisiveness
• Pleasure in making a difference through teamwork
