British American Tobacco Central Europe has an exciting opportunity for an Internship within Talent Management for the field of Learning & Development and Employer Branding in Hamburg.
For our location in Hamburg, Germany we are looking for an intern (m/f/d) within Talent Management for the field of Learning & Development and Employer Branding. Apply now until 15 November 2024!

Your key responsibilities will include:

Local and international training initiatives: Actively support the organization and implementation, and learn to work with various stakeholders
Learning & Development projects: Take responsibility and work independently on topics and projects related to Talent Management
Trade fairs and events: Be part of the preparation and implementation, and gain valuable insights
Employer Branding projects: Work on topics related to campus marketing, social media, and gain insights into international Employer Branding strategies

What are we looking for?

Very good English skills
Strong communication skills and open mindset
Independent and proactive working style
Strong analytical skills
Being confident with Excel and Power Point
Ideally already practical experience in Human Resources or Marketing
