As a member of our esteemed Investment Banking team, you will play a pivotal role in executing transactions in DCM, M&A and ECM and providing financial solutions to our clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to build strong relationships within the market and enhance your skills in a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities
  • Conducting financial analysis, such as financial modelling, valuation, and comparable company analysis;
  • Preparing presentations and marketing materials for client meetings and pitches;
  • Assisting in the execution of transactions, documentation, and deal-closing activities;
  • Conducting industry and company research to support client engagements and business development efforts; and
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients.
Qualifications
The job requires individuals with strong commercial skills, a keen interest in financial markets, and a high ethical standard. Applicants must possess excellent work capacity and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Proficiency in both written and oral communication in German and English is mandatory. We welcome applications from recent graduates and those with 1-2 years of work experience.
