Internationally leading car manufacturers rely on tires made by Hankook for their original equipment. Hankook Tire Europe Gmb H is searching for IT Service Specialist (m/f/d)
Your Tasks:

Provide technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer systems, software, and hardware components.
Maintain accurate records of technical issues and solutions for future reference and analysis.
Administer and maintain computer networks, servers, and other IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
Perform routine system maintenance tasks such as software updates, patches, and backups to minimize downtime and security risks.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operation of critical IT services.
Track and monitor the usage, allocation, and disposal of IT assets to optimize resource utilization and control costs.
Coordinate procurement and deployment of new IT assets according to established procedures and budgetary constraints.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and implement remediation measures.
Stay informed about emerging security threats, trends, and best practices to proactively mitigate risks and safeguard IT assets.

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field
Certifications Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) is requeired. Comp TIA A+, Comp TIA Network+, is a plus.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows) and common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email clients). Mac OS, Linux is beneficial
Knowledge of basic networking concepts and protocols.
Familiarity with IT security best practices and data protection regulations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Fluent written and spoken German and English
