About the role:
As a (Junior) Category Manager (m/f/d) at Redcare Pharmacy, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our assortment, focussing on a European country like Germany, Austria or Italy. You will support the team in managing and optimizing our e-commerce product portfolio in a health product category, with the aim of offering a range that is perfectly aligned with our customers' needs.
Job Description
About your tasks:
- You analyze category KPIs and market data to identify growth opportunities and new assortments, as well as to optimize performance and react to current developments
- You support onsite pricing and collaborate with marketing teams on product placement for campaigns and promotions
- You work closely with internal teams (e.g., Procurement, Controlling, Marketing) and external partners to streamline category processes
- You work with the team on cross-functional projects to improve category structures, processes, and merchandising strategies
Qualifications
About you:
- You have (first) experience in Category Management or similar roles, preferably in E-Commerce or for health-related products
- You enjoy working very data-driven, and have good analytics skills with the ability to interpret sales data, financial metrics, and market trends
- You have a customer-focused mindset, and feel comfortable in dynamic environments, having the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- You have good communication skills in English, and are also fluent in either German or Italian
- You can work remotely a lot if you like, but are able and willing to meet with your team in the Cologne office at least once a month
