About the role:

Join our dynamic marketing team as a

Junior Communications and Branding Specialist (f/m/d)

in our Ratingen (near Düsseldorf) office in Germany.

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for communication and brand development. As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to our company’s success by assisting with communication strategies and supporting branding initiatives throughout the EMEA organization.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of the annual Corporate Branding strategy and execution plan for the EMEA region.
Support the deployment of the annual Brand Audit across the EMEA region.
Collaborate with pan-EMEA teams to align and deliver consistent Corporate Communications projects and initiatives.
Support the planning, execution, and delivery of the EMEA Corporate Branding campaign.
Coordinate with advertising and media agencies to ensure effective implementation of branding initiatives.
Support internal communication activities of key Corporate Branding and Corporate Communications projects.
Assist in the creation and distribution of internal newsletters, announcements, and other communication materials.
Assist in managing the day-to-day execution of Corporate PR and media activities for the EMEA region.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Branding, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and international environment.
Excellent working knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Good knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally within the EMEA region.
