To strengthen our team at the flagship campus in Potsdam, Germany, the following position is available immediately on a part-time basis with 20 hours per week

Junio HR Administrator (m/f/d)

The Role

Support the HR team in day-to-day business (e.g., maintaining personnel files, data management in the HR system)
Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, and reference letters
Support in the recruitment process (e.g., scheduling interviews, candidate communication)
Handle administrative tasks such as time management, absence tracking, and report creation
Participate in HR projects and contribute to process improvements

Your profile

Currently enrolled in or have completed a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field
Initial experience in HR is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Independent and structured work style with a high sense of responsibility
Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
