Kitchen Assistants

Whether you’re an early bird or a night owl – we are currently still looking for support in the areas of breakfast kitchen, scullery, preparation kitchen and evening service. Interested in working in a kitchen? We would be happy to advise you and work with you to find the right position.

Your area of responsibility

• You’ll help with stocking up and replenishing our breakfast buffet, meaning you’ll prepare egg dishes, pancakes, bacon and much more. You’ll also be responsible for filling up and decorating our food plates and bowls
• You’ll support the cold and warm kitchen with all preparation work – making delicious salads, sandwiches and desserts, for example
• You’ll use our modern dishwashers to clean dishes, cutlery and glasses from our restaurants. You take care of the general cleanliness in your area
• Depending on the hotel, you’ll be directly involved in food preparation in the front cooking areas, like our Lava Stone Grill or in the backstage areas of our kitchen

Your profile

• Career changers are welcome - we are happy to prepare you perfectly for your new job during on-the-job training. If you already have experience, that is of course an advantage
• Thanks to your open personality, teamwork and friendly interaction with your colleagues are natural for you
• You are reliable and well organised, a well-groomed appearance comes naturally to you
